Operation：

1. Press the RESET rutton to clear step number memory，otherwise the pedometer will count steps accumulatively to a maximum of 39999 steps and then return to 0.

2. Press MODE button to transfer and display in turn：Mile＞Km＞calorie（kcal）＞Step

3. Default：stride default is 60cm（24 inch），weight default is 60kg（120 pound）

The miles，calories and kilometers have arrows pointing to them in LCD screen，but the step indicator does not。

Remark：The resulting distance（miles and kilometers）is based on a two foot stride，which calculated as steps﹡ stride。The default stride of this item is 0.6 meter。When the user walk with the speed more than 2.3 steps∕second，the pedometer can automatically adjust stride to 1.35 default stride（that is 1.35﹡0.6m）.The resulting distance（miles and kilometers）travelled using this pedometer may differ with the actual distance，which vary depending on the stride of each individual user。


Note：As this unit is a precise electronic product，so please use it carefully and correctly。Please don’t take it apart unless for changing the battery（one LR54 button cell battery）.

Incorrectly taking it apart may affect the accuracy of step counting or damage this unit
