All orders will be subject to the Federal Government's Goods and
Services Tax (GST) of 5% or Harmonized Tax (HST) of 13% where applicable. Orders
shipped in Quebec, will also be subject to the Quebec Sales Tax (QST) of 7.5%.
All orders shipped out side Canada will not be charged taxes, but will be
subject to Custom Duty.
Shipping
We ship via Canada Post with tracking number and insurance. We
will ship your order within 24 to 48 Hours after your order is received.
Warranty
All sales are final. Defective Returns are at the option of
Motrak Inc. for repair/replacement or merchandise credit at current price only.
Defective returns are eligible for return for a maximum of 180 days from our
invoice date. To return a defective item call our customer service department,
our customer service agents will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA) that allows us to keep track of the return. Please understand that
we can only accept defective items for return that have been purchased from us &
have received RMA #. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer and must be sent prepaid and insured. Please indicate the problem of
the product. Items showing consumer abuse or have no note indicating the problem
will be returned to customer. Only accounts in good standing are eligible for
defective Returns, defective Returns that are found not to be defective are
subject to a handling fee upon inspection. Allow 14/30 days for processing
returns.

If the unit is Dead on Arrival, please advise us immediately. In rare cases we will take back
a receiver that as not been open, use or tampered with. 20% restocking fees apply automatically and shipping cost are not refunded at all, that include both way. All question or email
related to satellite piracy will be deleted and non-answered. By purchasing one of our FTA receiver, that means you agree to all our policies.
We do not support or help setup your FTA receiver. We do not replace or exchange any units, please refer to the manufacture for warranty and repair.
